We review your campaign requirements and creator pool budget before matching begins. If a campaign is under-subscribed, we'll follow up manually to adjust budget or requirements before anything goes live.

How are performance milestones paid out?

Payouts are milestone-based, not cumulative. A video that reaches 100,000 views earns the 100K-view payout, not the sum of every smaller milestone. Creators receive $0 if their content doesn't reach the minimum qualifying view threshold.

What is your fee?

Our fee is a 20% service fee on your total campaign budget. The remaining 80% is reserved entirely for creator performance payouts. There's no additional hidden markup on creator rates.

What happens if a creator's content underperforms?

If a creator's content doesn't reach your minimum qualifying view threshold, they simply don't earn a payout for that milestone tier. Our service fee is fixed, but unearned creator payouts are not spent.
